I have always been interested in painting and drawing from a young age. I am not sure where this came from as none of my family have been particularly creative in the past. One disadvantage I have is being colour blind! I remember an occasion at primary school where I did a painting of a sea-scape with a pelican on a rock face, I was so proud, that was until the teacher asked me why I'd painted the sea purple!! I continued my love of Art at secondary college where I obtain an A-Level in Art and Design. Painting was never going to be a career for me, but something I love to do in the occasional free time that I have (That's not so much these days since my Son was born).
Below are some examples of my work over the last few years. The canvases tend to be quite large, approx 1m sq or more and many have been sent to locations around the world, including Milan, New York and Paris, but best of all to a nightclub in my birth town of Huddersfield!
