Jonathan Thomson is a chartered Mechanical Engineer by trade but who has been working in the Enterprise Content Management field for over Ten years. Jonathan's expertise includes many of the typical ECM platforms, including Documentum, Livelink, Business Collaborator and Projects Online. Over the past three years Jonathan has worked exclusively on SharePoint 2007 where he has been responsible for delivering a global intranet, including all components of enterprise content management such as document management, records management, workflow, collaboration, web sites and pages, and also feature rich applictions utilising key components of sharepoint such as excel services, SQL server reporting integration, business data catalogue and sharepoint designer. In 2010 Jonathan and his team have won three awards for the best intranet through Communications in Business (CIB) (Renamed IoIC - The Institute of Internal Communications). These include:-
